Fast-
I always thought pulleys with all ball bearings (no mere bushings) would help reduce drag, and now there are bike-weenie engineering drag reports that prove it. Especially once they are dirty. These are fantastically free-spinning, and the seals are worth the price of admission. Grit is much less likely to get in and as well, a lighter lube (I use a light oil) is much less likely to seep out. Old pulleys, bad. New pulleys, good.
Had too much play develop in my derailleur pulleys so time to replace them. These came fast and were a breeze to install. Just remember that the pulley with some side-to-side play in the bearings us the top pulley. Otherwise, now my derailleur shifts like new.
