When I received the screen, it was packed well and in perfect condition -- except the touch function didn't work. I contacted the seller and was told that it was tested before being sent out, and they asked me to try a few things to troubleshoot the issue. Nothing worked. As soon as I told them the results of the tests, they immediately issued a replacement.
The replacement came, and once I rebooted after installing it, everything worked. I have no problem buying from this seller again.
