Purchased RAM module for an old laptop. The module arrived in a good packaging and in a good condition. Unfortunately, the module did not work with my machine. I discussed with the seller and tried to troubleshoot, but couldn't make it work. The seller agreed to do full refund. Seller is very responsive and reasonable, so even though the RAM did not work for me I highly recommend the seller.
