Light scratches in the back and 0 scratches on the screen. The controls seem to work fine. It even came with a memory card and analog pads. Would buy from them again.

I was worried about the battery but it seems good (still, be wary if you get a red or blue 1000 Vita, as those batteries are harder to find). One complaint I do have: It did not display as 'refurbished' when I made the purchase, nor am I sure if I got a warranty for it. Not relevant for new buyers but I am rather disappointed if it breaks in a year and I just missed the warranty.

It looks amazing (see pics) and it’s in almost mint condition. The tiniest scratches on the bottom are unnoticeable and the screen is in excellent condition, no mura spots or any issues at all. It feels like it’s almost never been used. Before buying I asked for more pictures and information about the battery, as the sapphire and red have unique batteries. Great seller great quality.
