    Idk what happened with the shipping process but it was stressful trying to communicate and get answers from the seller, I could tell there’s a language barrier and English isn’t their first so not holding fault there. Nov 13, contacted seller again. Seller claims P.O. can't locate the package & would send another. I request seller send over new tracking number & no response. Nov 14, I request tracking again & seller says was able to use SAME tracking number. P.O. does not do this! Nov 20 (13 days) to receive wrong case. IRRESPONSIBLE!
