Bought this for a 2012 ML 350 that had a chain slipping so bad the customer said is sounded like a machine gun going up there steep unpaved driveway. Super easy to install without even pulling the exhaust or the whole housing just disconnect the drive line and unbolt the rear of the housing. Simple tools a tube RTV and quart of fluid is all you need. Super happy customer and super happy me.

Don't be alarmed, these are packaged in house by Wittrans. Hence why they came packaged on a white generic shrink wrapped board with no identifying Raybestos markings (i.e. #STMGM14). Contacted Wittrans and was assured these were genuine Raybestos, as they have a direct partnership with Raybestos. However I was told that if I was still not 100% satisfied I could get complete refund on their dime. Good enough for me. Prompt and professional response. Very satisfied.

I paid for Dr Tranny (as per the listing) - but I received Lube Guard instead. I can get that label 5 minutes from my house at the same price and I don't have to wait a week to get it. It's the same company; but the seller should update their listing to avoid this confusion in the future. I wouldn't have bought this if seller listed it correctly. As I said, I can get it at the same price 5 minutes from my house - seller wasted my time w/ wrong description. I won't buy here again.

Correct part was sent however the part arrived damaged. The corner of the valve body was dented but the box was not. When I let them know that I received damaged parts it took them multiple days to reply and they tried to blame their vendor for the damage but they said that they would see what they could do for getting me a replacement I have not heard from them since I'm extremely disappointed with the order as well as with their customer service I don't recommend buying from this seller
