Well constructed with all the pieces needed to install.
I installed one on my other bike, and when we got another bike, this is the unit we chose. 1/2 hour to install with only one step that involved thinking..You have to bend SS straps to the seat tube, which allows this unit to be of almost universal fit. I sprung for the model with the spring bar to hold things on the rack. It is definately worth the few bucks more.

Good Price and Design for Desired Features
This is my second purchase of this model. The flat bar at the top can help reduce tire splash if you don't have a fender. The torsional spring is occasionally useful - especially if you suddenly find yourself needing just a little extra secure cargo hauling. I should note that if you do have fenders, there will likely be an interference between the fender stays and the cargo rack vertical members - as such, you will need to install the cargo rack outside of the fenders, which will reduce the stated cargo capacity.This is my second purchase of this model.
