I recently ordered a pair of shoes from Reebok, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite specifying the correct size when placing my order, I received shoes in the wrong size.
Upon contacting customer service to request a refund or exchange, I was met with resistance and unwillingness to resolve the issue. Despite their mistake, Reebok refused to refund my money or provide a replacement in the correct size. They do not accept returns outside of US,

Advertised as new shoes arrived with scuffs on sides of sneaker and dirt on bottoms. Reebok said I can return them but there is not a USPS drop location anywhere near here and it's just not worth the hassle. Don't be surprised if your new shoes arrived in less-than-new condition. I would not expect this issue buying directly from Reebok but here we are.
