Envelope & seeds only weighed 1/4 oz. so was not an overweight issue. It might have been a thickness issue as envelope was bent up so might have gotten caught in USPS auto processing equipment. I did not get charged the 49 cents as seed envelope was in large tub of held maill but you might want to check with USPS how to avoid this for other customers. Seeds are going into our native plant Sanctuary.
