    A Good Old Fashioned Tonic

    I've heard of nettle leaf tea as an old-time tonic for what ails you, but I recently read some data about the benefits of Nettle Root, and i decided to give it a try. This brand seems to provide pure root powder in the caps, not an extract, so it seemed like a good version to start with. As a supplement, it's very mild without any strong effects, but it does seem to have an overall enhancing effect, and a slight aphrodesic affect. I didn't notice much change in my gym performance (the main reason I tried it), but perhaps it takes more time to show results. Interestingly, even though I have a normal prostate, I did experience a stronger urine flow, so this might be beneficial for guys who have an issue with that. (But do your research first!)

    NETTLE ROOT & SEA KELP= GD FLOW

    Okay, here we are 2 weeks later. I "think" it's actually starting to work. I made it through the entire night w/o having to get up to live-stream urine. I do wake up in the early morning to go, but not at night. Of course, this just could be another phase my body is going through. I'll keep ya posted.
