    good construction and self-ignitor is great

    this is actually the second 30 qt turkey fryer I have bought. The first one was another brand which came with more cooking pots and pans. I like all the goodies I got with the first one. But I prefer the construction and self-ignition with the LOCO. Both are great for different reasons. If you already have plenty of pots and strainers go with the LOCO. Now that I have two smaller cookers I can do low country boil for four to twelve people. Would definitely recommend this Loco cooker

    The pot, stand, and other items exposed to heat are 'ferrous', and therefore NOT STEEL. I choose this fryer over other products specifically because I wanted the safety of steel.

    Great Turkey Fryer

    Great Fryer because you don't have a timer that has to be reset every 10 minutes like other models. Everything is stainless which cooks evenly and is easy to clean. The frame is really sturdy and large so you can cook with a large pot on it as well. Comes with basket so you can cook sea food which I like. Shipped and packaged very well so that it isn't delivered with dents or damaged like others. I am going to mount a remote BBQ igniter on it to make it really complete. Highly recommended, I am buying another for a friend for Christmas. Mike

    More efficient

    Between the aluminum and the stainless you will get longer life out of the stainless on top of that it will save you LP it holds the heat way better and I was able to keep it as low as I could without the temperature dropping
