It appears to be squeezed into the clasp but still operational. The included rod that the comfort link is supposed to latch onto is not thick enough to hold onto. I had to use the original rolex rod for the link to correctly work. In my opinion, one should be included. All things considered, it was still a well made link and was a pleasure doing business.
