I had a concern if the heater could be damaged as I saw the delivery person literally drop it from chest height to the ground. Gretchen was so helpful with my concern. She said they are packed well, and should be ok, but check it out to make sure then let her know. The heater wasn't damaged and works very well! I appreciate the help Gretchen provided!
