Delicious fresh nuts. Seller is highly recommended. One thing to mention is that the nuts I received were very fresh, soft, so dried yet. Fresh macadamia nuts need to be dried or they will mold in the shell. To do this they can be dried in a dehydrator or oven set to 100-115 degrees F. Dry until crispy texture. This can take a few days.
