Second time I have dealt with this seller. She went above and beyond to make it a great experience. I bought it yesterday morning, and it arrived today, just 30 hours later. Packaging was well-secured, and the item is exactly as described! Nice value with shipping included in the price. Thank you!

I received my mugs in perfect condition, exactly as described in the listing. They were both very VERY carefully wrapped in brown packing paper, then taped in styrofoam wrapping, and then packed into the box. There wasn't a single scratch, and they even had the original tags without any bending. Completely worth the price for the shipping and quality, in my mind same as brand new. Pleasantly surprised at the thoughtfulness and care, would definitely trust this seller and buy again. Thank you!!

Shipping was fast and got here as expected. The packaging left some to be desired but I am not sure if that is a seller issue or an issue with the mail handlers. The item is as described and based off of other research the item is valued a little under what it would be elsewhere. All in all, great experience with the seller. I do wish it was a little easier to learn more about the charity as someone who does actively care about where my money goes.
