At first blush,I did not like these bands. However, now that I've used them I realize they have just the right amount of elasticity and they are built in a very sturdy fashion. I have a lot of experience with blood flow restriction. These bands have just the right amount of elasticity to provide the correct amount of pressure plus they are of solid construction.
