This is the worst E-bay seller I have ever met, Be cautious about Purchasing from him
1st, the PC is not able to boot, He never tested it I believe.
2nd, the CPU he claimed is E5-2697V3 but It is actually Xeon E5-2643 v3 which is a much lower-end CPU.
The seller has 2 addresses I contacted the seller to confirm which one is correct, he never replied, So I have to use Ebay labed USPS shipping bar code, which cost me $160
I paid $220 and only got $60 back, I paid $160 for sellers mistake!!!!

Nothing in this feedback is true. 1 day after shipping, buyer opened a "ordered by mistake" return, and tried to use the threat of return as leverage for a discount. When I wouldn't oblige, customer made up a story about issues in an attempt to keep the item and still receive a refund. When I wouldn't refund without a return, they were forced to use ebay's shipping label to follow ebay's rules for returns. I would have had to pay for return shipping if the return was opened for being broken.
