    Honestly was a bit skeptical with the description of 'new', but the seller not offering returns. Contacted the seller and they were very understanding, but stood firm on their no return policy. Decided to pull the trigger anyway. Shipping was lightning fast and the product (Roark 55L travel backpack) arrived with all tags and packed just like it came from the manufacture. Will continue to support sellers which allow returns, but that said, would purchase from this seller again.

    Everything went better than expected: the instrument was exactly as described and it basically arrived a month before. The seller answered all my questions quickly and everything went smoothly. The only negative thing (I speak for Italian customers) is that I had to pay a further 60 euros for customs clearance, which I didn’t expect because I thought that all shipment expenses were included in the final price: just make sure to check it if you don’t want an extra payment at the delivery.
