Did not come with original accessories, and there are multiple people running this account so I got inconsistent replies to my messages. They only offered a return and no other options to make this right as a return will not let you leave negative feedback. So I overpaid about $150 and will have to pay another $100 to replace the battery. Avoid this seller at all costs.

Buyer did not want to return the item but rather wanted 1/2 of the purchase price as a partial refund. We replied that if they were not satisfied with their order to please initiate a return for a full refund. Buyer decided they did not want to return the item.     Super technology at a very affordable price

    Lots of features. Haven’t tried everything, And can’t be the fact that it has GPS and LTE, messaging timer stopwatch and abs for exercise. Nice size but love the different watch faces and like the fact that it is round versus square display. Just a great piece of technology at a fantastic price.

    Excellent product

    Automatic software updates did not enable ECG, Oxygen saturation, and Blood pressure monitoring functions. Sofware had to be remotely enabled by Samsung and other apps to support the above functions had to be downloaded and migrated to Samsung smartwatch 3 from my Samsung note9. If the watch does not come loaded with the above functions it is of limited value. The customer does not have to be tech-savvy if the watch came bundled with the apps and functions. Once the software and apps were loaded worked flawlessly and I would recommend this watch for health monitoring and fitness tracking.

    Dissatisfied

    The watch looks fantastic with lot of functions. Disappointed with the battery life of the device less than one day is not acceptable. dad to say that I will not recommend this watch.
