zipper broken. seller said she checked item before it shipped. I sent her photos of broken zipper. I can't unzip pants therefore I can't try them on. Seller didn't offer a solution, so I told her I would take them to the cleaners and have zipper repaired or replaced. Since no suggestion was offered by seller, it will have to be at my cost. This is why I rated my experience as neutral.

As shown in the pictures and label, these pants have always been dry cleaned only, well taken care of, and are high quality. I feel confident the dry cleaner would have notified me that the zipper wasn't working. When I shipped them to you, the zipper worked perfectly.
