Looks good. It has a slight imperfection near where the chain meets the wallet, but it doesn't seem structural enough to begin to tear into the leather with time. I looked at it with a magnifying glass; the imperfection looks superficial and not structural. Since it is naturally distressed, I don't mind that enough to be bothered with it.

I received only 24 of the 32 purchased packets of incense. The incense itself is excellent. I was a little concerned that all the individual boxes were shipped in a soft-sided mailer. Incense is sensitive to pressure allowing the precious product to pull away from the stick.
That said, I notified the company that I was shorted 8 boxes. Their response was prompt and I received a $10 credit which I greatly appreciated. I suspect I will do future business with company - but shipped in a box.
