Fast ship! Product was defective as seen in pictures below. Gave it more than 36 hours on a flat surface to rise into shape, but the shape stayed just as it was when unpackaged. Pillow could not be used. Took two emails and a threat of a negative review to get seller to respond. They didn't say sorry for defective product, just that I was ignorant because memory foam takes days to come into shape. The pillow has been sitting for five days without any change.
