I reachout to seller with no response back. I understand the make-up powder was not returnable. However, It was not packaged well enough(1 little piece of rolled up paper at either end) as the container obviously wasn't protected enough and the top unscrewed, the powder secure lid inside was open and alot the powder was spilled out, lid was chipped. Unfortunately I will not use as I am not so sure it was "new" as described. I don't like to leave negative reviews but a disappointment for me.
