    Although I received a defective pair of speakers, the company I purchased from was very responsive and immediately resolved my issue.     These speakers are fantastic. I received them quickly and the packaging was superb. I did have an issue with one of them but the customer service team went above and beyond to quickly answer messages and send me a replacement part, and when that didn't solve the problem, they sent a whole new speaker.
