    Excellent performance, but more noise than expected.

    There is no doubt that both the game performance and the cooling performance of this card is excellent. Out of the box it boosts to 2025Mhz with no tweaks. There are some issues with the cooling solution, however. The 120mm radiator fan is not temperature controlled, and although it is very effective, it is also loud. I swapped mine for a quieter fan with manual control, which only marginally hurt temps. The on-card fan is not too loud, but has an annoying resonance at its idle speed, which is 58%. Just raising it to 60% gets rid of this sound. The AIO pump also causes vibration which transfers to your case through the card mount and surprisingly the radiator as well. This vibration also causes noise resonance. I had to do a number of things to dampen it to avoid annoying sound from that ...

    This card is a absolute beast

    This card easily perform its best all the time and with gpu boost 3.0 it will clock higher than majority of other cards without you having to do anything. The included fan on the radiator cant be controlled but a simple replacement makes this unit silent. Also be sure to have the fan on the card run faster than its lowest speed or else you get this hum. With a little fan tweaking this is possible the greatest purchase ive made.

    Excellent Gaming Card

    Say goodbye to upgrading the video card for a few years. The 1080ti has 3gb more DDR, but $200 more in cost. Not worth it, imo. EVGA quality, very quite cooling system (I record live audio for my vids, so this is very important). No need to o/c, very fast in default mode.
