Very ergonomically accommodating
Flat bar on Trek city bike was promoting neck pain; change to Metropolis bar solved the problem, and no more neck pain! Hand position also an improvement, esp. for this type of bicycle, where speed is probably not an issue.

Great all round 'Alt' style bar.
This is a great 'alt' style handle bar. Am using it on a gravel bike I built from scratch. I also use the bike as my daily ride. Because the bar is not excessively wide, it's great for moving between traffic.
