    Relieves Anxiety

    I'm 55 years old and began having anxiety for no reason. After no help or answers from doctors, I googled anxiety and found Ashwagandha mentioned over and over. I began taking one capsule at night in addition to adding chelated magnesium and my anxiety has gone completely. I also boosted this with B12 and Niacin in a.m. and I feel great!

    Not safe = if you have high Blood pressure or acid reflux/GERD

    I began using Ashwagandha at the suggestion of my holistic practitioner. At the time, I had no known health issues, but she said it would help with anxiety. I took it for some time, and felt it helpful, But over time (over a year of useage) I developed first; high blood pressure and then, acid reflux. Upon doing research, I found this supplement can cause BOTH to occur. I have had to stop using it. The acid reflux has much improved (since I stopped using the Ashwagandha) but I am now on BP medication and I have not been able to get my BP to come down far enough (even when I lost 20 pounds) to get off the blood pressure medication. I think the Ashwagandha should come with WARNINGS, as these are common side effects and issues, that many adults (male or female) can suffer. So while ...

    I bought this suplement because a friend recommended it for my thyroid problems. I have been consistent using it and I have already started seeing the results.
