    Although the packaging was flimsy, and the dome light lens was broken, "Real Cool Surplus" was very gracious about the grievance. I contacted them through the proper channels and the next thing I knew, "Real Cool Surplus" had given a full refund! Also, they were very apologetic for the problem.
