Pro: Looks slick, Feels Fast, Good battery life, Feels solid, Second screen is nifty and useful, Great multitasking, Desktop mode works well, Surprisingly little bloatware! (coming from a pixel phone and this is a big deal for me) Excellent Value! Con: Though most apps work great on the smaller screen many of the second screen features require LG specific apps (not that bad, but it'd be nice to use an alternate keyboard on the smaller screen). LG is out of the phone market now, so updates may be delayed/nonexistent. Lots of 'cracked screens' on ebay make me concerned about durability and parts availability.

When I bought the phone I knew it was used, and I expected some things to not be the same as a new device. But when I got it everything was fine, but the battery life unexpectedly was rough being two years old, so I bought a replacement battery online but upon opening the device up, nearly all the screws are gone. There’s practically nothing holding the phone together besides the back glass and its seal. So far I’ve nearly spent about as much on parts, as I did the phone. Idk if it was just mine or what, but maybe I should’ve gone with Amazon refurbished instead.

The problem I have with the product is that the product didn't come with charger.

Phone is working great. Haven't had any issues with it. For the price, I can deal with the cracked screen as it's just the glass that's broken and not the digitizer underneath.

Really good condition for a C option. Only one small scratch other then that its really good. Phone works perfect
