Seller is simply using eBay as an arbitrage operation in violation of eBay policy. I ordered a video capture device from them via eBay with the expectation they are in possession of the item and shipping to me directly. Instead, an Amazon package from a random Amazon seller arrived with a gift receipt inside. If the item came from their own Amazon warehouse location it would be fine but it clearly didn't.
