Product arrived late. The package had been opened and protective plastic tips were all pulled off the sensors inside box and never put back on. Contacted seller of situation, they were very fair offering to refund my account if I sent them back. I kept them, just installed the four of them, so far so good, so no refund needed. Seller was very decent to deal with.

The problem was corrected by this seller, but it still left me disapointed that I had to go through this added inconveience in order to correct their error. However, the items received were as advertized, and were packaged well, in order to prevent damage durring the shipping process.
