    powerful clean

    I use this every Sunday. I mix it with apple cider vinegar. It fizzes and turns out the best way. When I mix this with water it comes out clumpy and it's not as effective. I leave this on my face and neck for 2 hours. The mix began to get tight on my face and looks like a reptile. I felt my face pulsate. I rinse it off with water and a towel, then clean up the mess. Lastly I wet my face with cold water after it's all off of my face. My skin is super smooth and I will continue to use it.

    exhilarating and invigorating

    I mix mine up in a hard paper disposable bowl with a plastic disposable spoon along with warm water. then use my fingers to apply. wait for 20 minutes, then jump in the shower. you can feel the mud harden while it removes all the impurities and poisons out of your skin. very refreshing....
