I got home from work and was able to assemble rack with basic tools. I have a 24 Kawasaki Z650rs that weighs 412 lbs dry. My only confusion on assembly was how to set the wheel chock. Once I realized your front wheel drives over it, then it holds the wheel and bike firmly. Pretty awesome. This allows for a one person install and mount. Traveled 400 miles like it wasn't back there. Worth the $

Product arrived fast, but the corner of the box was pushed in and I hoped non of the fragile plastic bolt on mounts wasn’t broken but it was, now I know stuff gets broken through shipping but why not at least put “ fragile “ somewhere on the box or just a little more cushioning in the corners and when I contacted them about it they said sorry we’ll let our warehouse workers know about it and tried giving me a $8 refund , and asked if I could fix it my self.
