The vendor did good. There was a small issue the the device. the ball and socket that allows you to swivel the phone and hold it in place could not tighten up enough to hold my phone where I wanted it. The hand nut was hitting the base before I could thghten it enough.. I removed the nut and filed the face of the nut to allow for more tightening. Bingo, it worked perfectly. Other than that small issue the holder is really well constructed and well worth the money.
