    Good remote so far

    This remote is easy to program. I have an uncommon brand cable box that won't program with other brand remotes that I've tried, but it works with GE remotes.I like that the buttons are fairly large, and the display is backlit. This remote is a little heavier than another GE remote I have, but that is probably because it is a little bigger and takes AA batteries. I hope the backlight doesn't drain the batteries too quickly.

    Mixed review

    Worked very easily with the Emerson VHS player that I own, but wouldn't program with the GE DVD player. How can a GE Universal Remote not work with a GE DVD player? I'm confused. If it hadn't worked with the Emerson, it would have been a complete waste of money and thrown into the garbage. There's your review.

    Love it :)

    Remote lights up. Works great the buttons are big and it was easy to program. If you are old school like me strm on the remote is for a dtv converter box. I got everything programmed to this remote and it is just lovely.
