In the 'Personalisation instructions' box I typed the initials: 'KEJR' and a number of spaces, then 'NB no full stops between the initials, please', as the listings showed full stops between initials. Unfortunately the seller did not recognise that NB means, in English, 'take notice', nor think that two sets of initials seemed strange and contact me before embroidery. I got a bag embroidered 'KEJR NB' - no good as present, see photos. Contacted the seller, who was unhelpful in her response.
