Box stated "Electrolux" inferring OEM product, however parts inside were sealed in plastic bags with the "Smart Choice" generic bland logo on them. Even in the pictures the bags are flipped upside down to hide logos. Bait and switch. Won't be back here, fraud!

The feedback is incorrect and the listing included plenty of photos of the item. Furthermore, the buyer never contacted me to discuss his dissatisfaction - instead he went ahead and provided a negative feedback. There isn't a fraud when an item is being sold at a loss (the shipment cost exceeded the value of the item and the listing included free shipping). My 117 positive reviews (out of 118 sales) validates all the aforementioned.
