The only issue I had was with the packing mainly due to the carrier's rough handling but could have been avoided if sender had either put the rear brake pads in the box with the front brake pads and rotors OR had used a smaller box. The box used for the rear was WAY too big so the factory box was pretty damaged for both the pads and the rotors. HOWEVER, in this instance, it did NOT damage the parts. As such, I didn't deduct stars for it.
