The item is new and I received it promptly. But it is not exactly as pictured AND I had written the seller in advance of purchase and asked specifically about whether it had the pictured plaque, which indicated that it was a limited series model, or not. They replied that it was as pictured, which was not true. I paid a small premium for their version of the product due to the expectation of the plaque. As this is just before Christmas, the cheaper options are no longer available.

They advertised an 18" Bodhram. That's what I paid for. I was shipped a 12" Bodhram. When I went back to the listing Ebay said the listing had changed. It is now showing a 12" Bodhram. I contacted the vendor and sent the photos they asked for. I asked for the difference in price from what they advertised between the two sizes. This vendor said EBay was responsible for the wrong information and I had to take it up with them. This vendor was not very helpful.
