This is a first-rate seller! They reached out to me shortly after placing the order, to help coordinate the delivery (by truck freight.) The shipping company also called within a day or so of the order, to verify the shipping details, and to confirm someone would be available to receive the order on the delivery date. The whole process was very streamlined, and everything worked out perfectly! The lathe arrived in a large, well-constructed wooden crate, and was expertly packed.

Item is as described in the eBay ad. The company that i bought if from, did everything to get it to me in a timely manner. UPS dropped the ball big time It was shipped on the 22nd of April and was supposed to be delivered by the 25th of April. Then got moved to the 26th of April. I contacted the company asking them why I didn't have the item yet. He contacted UPS and they gave a May 6th delivery date. I got it today on the 6th. The seller did all he could to get me the item. UPS FAILED.
