    Sous Vide, So Good

    I bought two different types of these. A self contained model, and this one. Both are extremely easy to use thanks to all the online help available through Google it. I started using this one the day I got it and have not stopped using it. They are good for about anything you can think of from meats to vegetables to deserts. It is within 1/10th of 1 degree agreement with both of my digital thermometers so it is precise. The person I got it from sent it within 3 days of purchase and I am so very glad to get one. I have used ziplock bags while I am awaiting a full fledged vacuum sealer to come in. I really enjoy cooking Sous Vide and this was an inexpensive way to start it. Never have I had this success with pork chops 1 1/2 inch thick, juicy, fork tender, and DONE. Wow, who ...

    Great easy to use Sous Vide

    This is a great basic Sous-Vide. It is no frills set the temperature and time if you would like and go. It holds the temperature perfectly and the food has come out absolutely flawless. It was the best steak we have ever made at home hands down.
