Absolutely awful customer service. The drums were supposed to ship within 4 days. They shipped 11 days after I purchased them. The drums arrived damaged. I was told the damaged piece would be replaced. I was told the piece was on its way to me. It actually was never sent and I have only received a run around from the seller. They either are dishonest or incompetent. Regardless, I would suggest never buying from them. I have filed a complaint with eBay,

They advertised an 18" Bodhram. That's what I paid for. I was shipped a 12" Bodhram. When I went back to the listing Ebay said the listing had changed. It is now showing a 12" Bodhram. I contacted the vendor and sent the photos they asked for. I asked for the difference in price from what they advertised between the two sizes. This vendor said EBay was responsible for the wrong information and I had to take it up with them. This vendor was not very helpful.
