Packed well, shipped quickly, as described. The device itself has ergonomics that take a lot of getting used to, and if you get problems with random disconnects, turn off NFC on the phone's side. You can't really put the thumbstick caps on the right stick because it's too close to the face buttons, and making the stick larger means it just ends up getting pushed around on accident. Works well other than that though, and comes with a case to boot. Good for a try if you can catch it on sale.

Arrived quickly and as described. Nice controller overall. It was plenty responsive for me, so I had no issues with the Bluetooth connection. It was beneficial to use with my oversized phone and bulky case without removing it too. My only real complaint is the right analog stick position/size. It’s very in the way of your thumb. Having the stick on top would have been better. Or if it was just made smaller with a lower profile, that would have helped a lot.

I was a bit confused on how to use the item but it came with a manual which is very helpful.

An unfortunate con to this item is that a free app you need to purchase to use more of the item simply doesn't work.

This was a good buy, that said, DHL is the worst shipping company. If there is a forwarding address from the original address it does NOT get forwarded and this almost got thrown away because neither I nor usps, who gets it after DHL Ecommerce ships it does not know about the lack of payment to have it forwarded luckily I called my local post office after they had it for 5 days and where about to throw it away because there's no system for it.
