    This person sold me product that expired 12 years ago. I reviewed the original description and nothing was disclosed about the expiration date, so a lie of omission is apparently fine? Shame on you!

    I had no idea that this was an expired product (the print on the box was in a foreign language, and very tiny - and I had my son ship for me, as I was in the hospital having cervical spine fusion surgery)! I immediately offered and issued the buyer a full refund. The buyer offered to edit her review, but ebay won't allow it, as the review was left several months ago. I have always had 100% positive reviews, as I take customer service and exceeding my clients' expectations very seriously!!!
