    Just the right length

    This extension is just the right length to improve your mag reload speed. It doesn’t have the sharp front edge of the original one in my G34, so much more comfortable on the thumb with the round front. Great product and it’s OEM, so the fit and release point are perfect.

    Almost no difference from the regular magazine release

    This is an original Glock product however the difference in length between this so called extended magazine release and the regular magazine release is negligible. Really close to unnoticeable - My goal buying this was as part of prepping a Glock 17 to compete at the production division in USPSA, so I'm limited on how much modification I can make and for the magazine release specifically I'm restricted to use OEM parts without any added mod to make it stick out more.... This is what you can get in terms of OEM replacement (it's the original that comes on the Glock 34) but at least for me, it will make no difference in terms of how easy or fast I can release the magazine and reload during competition.

    THIS IS THE OEM SIZE MAG RELEASE

    This is the same size as the stock one. You can google search the part number on the parts I posted in the pic.One is this(08794) which what he sells. The other is out of my glock 17(7534) which is the OEM size/piece. In the pics you can see His vs stock vs a REAL EXTENDED MAG RELEASE.

    Gen4 Extended Magazine release

    Factory part, easy install (if you know how to do it). Gave me the opportunity to bend the magazine release spring a bit to lighten it up. With the extended release and the lightened spring, magazines drop out easily and quickly.
