Unique design for a loaf pan.
It is a great bread pan. It renders a loaf that is similar to a loaf of king size sandwich bread that is delicious and brown crusted on all sides. The pan was uniquely engineered and designed to maximize the browning and creating an unbelievable crust on bread. The price was really good at less than $15 and the quality is superb.

Good pan that I'll have to learn to use
Wanted a pan that would allow me to bake bread the same size as the long loaves on the grocery shelves. This pan will do it. My first experiment was too short (but good). I've got to work on my recipe. I used my breadmaker to mix the dough and for some reason it didn't raise very high in the machine (I've had dinner rolls that raised almost over the top) When I get it right, this should be a tremendous tool.Wanted a pan that would allow me to bake bread the same size as the long loaves on the grocery shelves. Heavy Duty? NOT.
Don't be fooled by the repeated claims of "heavy duty". This product is dollar store quality. The sheet metal used is flimsy and almost wafer thin. This will lead to poor bakes and frequent dents and bends. The pan doesn't weigh much more than if it were made of cardboard.
