    No fresh installs - upgrade only.

    This disk will not perform a fresh install on an empty drive. It will only upgrade an an existing OS, and even then, only if that OS supports UDF files. Total waste of my time and money!

    Simple to install and activate.

    I had no problem installing the Operating System. All I had to do to get updates was google Windows 7 Sp2 download. Getting the activation done was done over the phone with no problem. Excellent product for an older laptop with only 4 gig memory.
