Customer service of the store Green Bike USA seems to be only carried out by email. Green Bike USA responded to one of the many emails saying that we need to contact ebay. At ebay it is not possible to reach any human as well. In the ebay claim forms it says awaiting respond from seller . I am considering contacting the police. It is an order of more than $2,000.lithium ion battery 48V/15.40AH for electric bike+CHARGER.silver fish (#173271621752)
