Built in screen protector allows screen function, but a bit different than one that sticks to screen. Not sure what the biometric dot is for, some residue from tape-i was able to take off with the included alcohol wipe. I may use a second case for everyday, but excited for this case during summer pool time! Seller processed ship within one day of purchase! USPS was slow however, lol.
