    Great pectin

    I was looking for pectin that would work for low sugar jams and jellies. This works Wonderfully! I was able to use Splenda to sweeten the jam and it set up quickly! The next day most of the jam had set up.

    Makes a nice gel.

    I take about a teaspoon whipped and dissolved into tea helping to chelate calcium oxalate crystals into calcium pectonate and out of connective tissues.
